Las empresas de servicios temporales quedan obligadas a presentar ante el Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, los informes estadísticos que éste le solicite relacionados con su oferta y demanda de mano de obra, frecuencia de colocación, ocupación, sectores de actividad económica atendidos, cuantías y escalas de remuneración. El Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social reglamentará la manera de presentar dichos informes.
