El síndico deberá recusable por el quebrado o por cualquier acreedor cuando ocurran respecto del mismo, alguna de las inhabilidades o incompatibilidades previstas en la ley para el caso o en general para los auxiliares y colaboradores de la justicia.

La recusación se tramitará como incidente.
