Sistema de información del servicio inmobiliario del Incoder. Para garantizar el adecuado y eficiente cumplimiento de las funciones contempladas en los numerales 3, 5 y 6 del artículo 12 de la Ley 160 de 1994, el Instituto establecerá un sistema de información inmobiliaria a nivel central y regional, el cual se mantendrá actualizado y deberá ser consultado por los agentes del mercado de tierras en los procesos de enajenación de inmuebles rurales que se promuevan para fines de reforma agraria.
