Modifícase la reforma 20, del artículo 1º del Decreto 1809 del 6 de agosto de 1990, así: "El literal a) del artículo 22 del Decreto-ley 1344 de 1970 quedará así: a) Que se encuentre habilitado en el empleo de instrumentos ortopédicos y/o que el vehículo esté provisto de mecanismos u otros medios auxiliares que, previa demostración, le capaciten para conducir".
