Con motivo de este onomástico, se autoriza al Gobierno Nacional, de conformidad con el artículo 341 de la Constitución Política, para incorporar dentro del Presupuesto General de la Nación, las apropiaciones necesarias para que permitan la ejecución y terminación de las obras de infraestructura e interés social municipio de La Cumbre, en el departamento del Valle del Cauca.
