° Si el Juez ordenare la devolución de los bienes a que se refiere este Decreto, encontrándose pendiente decisión administrativa sobre los mismos, éstos serán puestos por el Juez a disposición de la Dirección General de Aduanas o de la Superintendencia de Control de Cambios, según el caso, en cuyo evento los funcionarios competentes dictarán las medidas correspondientes sobre dichos bienes.
