Los soldados y grumentes de la Fuerzas Militares que sean, retirados de la actividad por inhabilidad absoluta adquirida en el servicio como consecuencia de heridas o lesiones recibidas de mano del enemigo en combate o en misiones de orden público, y que los imposibilite de manera permanente para el trabajo, tendrán derecho a que el Tesoro Público les reconozca y pague una pensión mensual vitalicia de sesenta pesos ($ 60.00).
