Articulo 14. El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su promulgación y deroga los artículos 130 y 134 del Decreto 2053 de 1974; 69 y 70 del Decreto 2247 de 1974; 10 del Decreto 2366 de 1974; 16 v 17 de la Ley 54 de 1977 y demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
