Multa

Ley 1242 de 2008 · por la cual se establece el Código Nacional de Navegación y Actividades Portuarias Fluviales y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Puede ser desde un (1) salario mínimo diario vigente, hasta cien (100), si se trata de persona natural, y de cinco (5) hasta veinte mil (20.000) salarios mínimos diarios vigentes, si se trata de personas jurídicas.

Parágrafo

La no cancelación de la multa una vez ejecutoriada la providencia mediante la cual se dispuso, dará lugar además a la acumulación de intereses legales y a que no se tramite o expida solicitud alguna de renovación, prórroga o ascenso de licencia, permisos o autorizaciones sin perjuicio de cobro ejecutivo por jurisdicción coactiva.
