CAMBIOS DE ACTIVIDAD DE LA EMPRESA. El patrono que varíe su actividad económica fundamental y no informe tal hecho al Instituto dentro de los siete (7) días hábiles siguientes a la fecha de su ocurrencia, será sancionado con una multa de uno (1) a diez (10) salarios mínimos mensuales, sin exceder de trescientos mil pesos ($ 300.000).
