Interventoría, vigilancia y control. La interventoría de esta contratación se realizará por las secretarías de educación de las entidades territoriales certificadas de acuerdo con la legislación vigente aplicable. De común acuerdo entre las secretarías de educación y el contratista se definirán los criterios para la realización de los procesos de vigilancia y control correspondientes.
