Modifícase en los siguientes términos el inciso 2º del artículo 47 de la Ley 1º de 1959: "El encaje de los depósitos en divisas libres de los establecimientos de crédito se computará separadamente del encaje en moneda nacional. Corresponde a la Junta Monetaria señalar y variar dicho encaje, y disponer que la totalidad o parte de él se mantenga en el Banco de la República
