La División de Asuntos Indigenas estará integrada por la Sección de Resguardos y Parcialidades, la Sección de Protección Indigena y la Jefatura de Comisiones de Asistencia y protección indigena. El Gobierno determinará los lugares donde deban funcionar Comisiones de Asistencia y Protección Indigena, así como el número de tales Comisiones.
