Motivación de nombramientos. El acto administrativo de nombramiento que expida la autoridad nominadora será motivado, haciendo mención a las certificaciones que establece el artículo anterior, expedidas por el Delegado Permanente del Ministerio de Educación Nacional ante el FER y el Jefe Seccional de Escalafón. Si el acto carece de esta formalidad, el designado no podrá tomar posesión y no será incluido en nómina para el pago correspondiente.
