De la conservación de ciertas especies marinas . Las especies marinas con talla inferior a cincuenta centímetros (50 cms), podrán conservarse enteros, congelados o glaseados, cuando no vayan. a ser presentados como frescos o del día. Las especies congeladas enteras deben permanecer en este estado hasta la venta al consumidor final.
