Destinación de los Bienes. Los actuales bienes del INCI y del INSOR, estarán destinados al desarrollo de los planes y programas dirigidos a la población con discapacidad. Para el desarrollo de los nuevos planes y programas, el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público hará las apropiaciones presupuestales necesarias.
