Atribuciones disciplinarias especiales. Cuando el cargo de jefe de organismo adscrito o vinculado al Ministerio de Defensa, subdirector especializado o jefe de dependencia, sea desempeñando por personal no uniformado, ejercerá las atribuciones disciplinarias el superior que dentro de la jerarquía policial designe el Ministerio de Defensa o el Director General de la Policía Nacional según el caso.
