ARTICULO 146 . INCORPORACION DE FUNCIONARIOS DE LA PLANTADE PERSONAL.- El Ministerio de Transporte y sus entidades adscritas y vinculadas podrán incorporar directamente a su planta de personal los funcionarios que al momento de la vigencia del presente decreto se encuentren incorporados a la planta de personal del Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Transporte y sus entidades adscritas y vinculadas.
