La Escuela Superior de Guerra impondrá a cada uno de los alumnos del Curso de Estado Mayor, por lo menos dos (2) temas individuales que serán presentados en forma escrita y oral y calificados por un comité de tres (3) profesores, de acuerdo con la directiva anual del Instituto.
