Requisitos de constitución y funcionamiento.Las EPS indígenas creadas en el marco del Decreto número 1088 de 1993, la Ley 691 de 2001 y demás disposiciones concordantes, y aquellas que pretendan operar el régimen subsidiado con sujeción a las citadas normas, podrán hacerlo siempre y cuando acrediten el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en el presente decreto, el Decreto número 330 de 2001, las Leyes 691 de 2001, 1122 de 2007 y 1438 de 2011, y demás normas que las adicionen, modifiquen o sustituyan.
