º. Reunión . El Consejo Nacional del Libro y la Lectura se reunirá por convocatoria de su presidente cuando menos una vez en cada semestre calendario. Igualmente podrá reunirse en cualquier tiempo por convocatoria de siete (7) de sus miembros, siempre que concurra su presidente.
