º Los establecimientos públicos deberán informar mensualmente a la Dirección General del Presupuesto del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, sobre los gastos con cargo al presupuesto general de la Nación que hayan sido atendidos por la entidad conforme al artículo 1º de este Decreto. El incumplimiento de esta disposición por parte de la entidad implicará que la Dirección General del Presupuesto y el Departamento Nacional de Planeación se abstengan de autorizar operaciones presupuestales.
