Destínase la cantidad de $ 400.000.00 moneda legal, como auxilio a los damnificados del incendio de Guapi. Esta suma deberá entregarse al Instituto de Crédito Territorial como aporte de los damnificados para el pago de las casas que les adjudique el Instituto de Crédito Territorial, sin sujeción al puntaje y demás normas respectivas.
