º De conformidad con lo dispuesto por el artículo 24 del Decreto 1155 de 1980, el Fondo Nacional del Carbón deberá proveer a Carbones de Colombia S. A., Carbocol, de una parte de sus recursos con el fin de que pueda participar en empresas oficiales o privadas, cuyo objeto social sea el desarrollo de proyectos y programas de fomento a la pequeña y mediana minería del carbón.
