La Comisión de técnicos estudiará igualmente los métodos de cultivo usados en las regiones del Sinú, La Mojana y San Onofre y rendirá sobre el particular un informe al Ministerio de Agricultura y Comercio, con indicación de las medidas que convenga adoptar para mejorarlos y para impulsar el desarrollo de la agricultura en las indicadas regiones.
