Art. 23. Todo Jefe de seccion, al cesar en el ejercicio de sus funciones, entregará a su sucesor, por formal inventario, los documentos, espedientes, libros i demas objetos que estén a su cargo. Al efecto, cada seccion formará dicho inventario, de modo que puedan hacerse en él las anotaciones de alta i baja de los objetos que lo constituyan, i se sepa en cualquier dia qué es lo que existe.
