Art. 6° En cualquier tiempo después de pasados los treinta días á que se refiere el articulo 5º puede ser denunciada una ordenanza por los motivos en él indicados, ante el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial respectivo, quien procederá á decidir de conformidad con lo prescrito en el articulo 144 de la Ley 14 de 1888 .
