Adiciónase el artículo 114 del Decreto número 2241 de 1986 (Código Electoral), con el siguiente inciso:

En las elecciones para Presidente de la República, identificado el votante se le entregará la tarjeta o tarjetas electorales con el sello del jurado de votación en el dorso de la tarjeta. Acto seguido, el elector se dirigirá al cubículo y registrará su voto en el espacio que identifique al partido o agrupación política de su preferencia, o en el lugar previsto para votar en blanco; luego doblará la tarjeta correspondiente, regresará ante el jurado de votación y la introducirá en la urna.

Ninguna persona podrá acompañar al elector en el momento de sufragar.
