Modifícase el artículo 328 del Decreto 2685 de 1999, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 328. Oportunidad . El plazo para presentar ante la aduana la solicitud de autorización de embarque, para la exportación del menaje, será de treinta (30) días calendario, antes de la salida del propietario o de ciento veinte (120) días calendarios siguientes a la fecha de salida del mismo".
