Art. 1.º Los empleados dependientes del Ministerio de Hacienda residentes fuera del Departamento de Cundinamarca, dirigirán sus solicitudes de licencia, cuando la necesiten, si fueren subalternos ó inferiores, á los jefes de sus respectivas Oficinas, y, si fueren Jefes, á los Gobernadores departamentales, de conformidad con las disposiciones contenidas en los artículos 340 y 341 del Código Político y Municipal y 1241 del Código Fiscal.
