amends Artículo 365 CODIGO SUSTANTIVO DEL TRABAJO de 1951amends decreto 2663/50

Modifíquese los literales e), f) y g) del artículo 365 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo subrogado por el artículo 45 de la Ley 50 de 1990 los cuales quedarán así:

Artículo 365. Registro Sindical .

Literal e) Nómina de la junta directiva y documento de identidad.

Literal f) Nómina completa del personal de afiliados con su correspondiente documento de identidad.

Literal g) Deróguese.

Los documentos de que tratan los apartes a), b) y c) pueden estar reunidos en un solo texto o acta.
