Articulo 4 º El artículo 45 del Decreto 180 de 1988, quedará así: "Artículo 45. DETENCION, LIBERTAD Y PROHIBICION DE REBAJA DE PENA. En los delitos de competencia de la jurisdicción de orden público, sólo procede la detención como medida de aseguramiento. Salvo lo dispuesto en el artículo 6º de este Decreto los imputados o condenados no tendrán derecho a libertad provisional, condena de ejecución condicional, libertad condicional, ni rebaja de pena alguna".
