La partida de trescientos mil pesos ($300 . 000.00), apropiada en el Capitulo 1210, artículo 12195, Ordinal 33, del Presupuesto vigente, destinada a funcionamiento de la Escuela Industrial de Buenaventura y mientras se da cumplimiento a la Ley 14 de 1960 , se pagará como auxilio a la Escuela Industrial "San José'", que funciona en el mismo Puerto bajo los auspicios del Vicariato Apostólico, y por conducto de la Procuraduría General de los Territorios Misionales de Colombia.
