En el evento que una entidad realice un reporte de contratos, multas, sanciones e inhabilidades del proponente inscrito y no se haya generado en la cámara correspondiente el registro del reporte, el certificado del RUP del proponente deberá incluir un aviso de alerta que indique “actualización en curso por reporte de información de entidad".
