Artículo único. El transporte de sal marina en los ferrocarriles y cables nacionales no quedará sujeto a la contabilización establecida por el artículo 1º del Decreto 1532 de 1932 para los servicios que se presten a las distintas entidades oficiales, y su valor se ordenará pagar previo acuerdo de una tarifa especial con el Consejo Administrativo de los Ferrocarriles Nacionales.
