Seguimiento. El Ministerio de Educación Nacional verificará que el software que utilice cada entidad territorial para la administración del personal docente cuente con las herramientas indispensables para la implementación del proceso de traslados y apoyará la implantación de los ajustes que resulten recomendables.

Parágrafo

Cada entidad territorial certificada facilitará una veeduría tendiente a verificar el cumplimiento anual del proceso reglamentado en este Capítulo. En la veeduría podrá participar la organización sindical de docentes de la correspondiente entidad territorial, formular sus observaciones y recomendaciones y realizar un informe que entregará una vez al año al Ministerio de Educación Nacional.
