Mientras el Gobierno no dicte un decreto que regIamente especialmente la manera como debe medirse el gas natural que se venda o se use con fines industriales, a fin de verificar la liquidación de las regalías, en cada contrato se estipulará el sistema que debe emplearse para tal objeto hasta que se dicte el decreto del caso.
