El Gobierno en el contrato que celebre para dar cumplimiento a esta Ley, llenará las formalidades legales a dicha clase de contratos, y tomará las medidas necesarias para garantizar los derechos de la Nación y el cumplimiento de las cláusulas del contrato, pero no necesitará de ulterior aprobación del Congreso.
