El artículo 33 del Decreto 4000 de 2004 quedará así: Artículo 33. La Visa Temporal Cónyuge o Compañero(a) Permanente de Nacional Colombiano podrá ser otorgada para múltiples entradas por el Grupo Interno de Trabajo que el Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores determine o por las Oficinas Consulares de la República, hasta por el término de tres (3) años, al extranjero que haya contraído matrimonio válido con un nacional colombiano o al que reúna los requisitos para ser considerado como compañero(a) permanente, de conformidad con la legislación nacional vigente.
