Para los efectos establecidos en este Decreto, las asociaciones de licenciatarios del servicio de banda ciudadana podrán registrarse ante la Dirección General de Comunicación Social del Ministerio de Comunicaciones, presentando para el efecto

Solicitud escrita elevada por el representante legal de la asociación.

Prueba de la existencia y representación legal.

Lista actualizada de por lo menos quinientos (500) licenciados para prestar el servicio de banda ciudadana, indicando el respectivo distintivo de llamada.

Recibo de pago a favor del Fondo de Comunicaciones por una suma equivalente a dos (2) salarios mínimos legales mensuales. El registro de que trata este artículo tendrá carácter permanente
