Las elecciones populares de Diputados a las Asambleas Departamentales y de Representantes al Congreso, se verificaran el primer domingo de abril, para periodos legislativos de dos años, que empiezan a contarse, para diputados, el 1o. de mayo de 1937, y para representantes, el 20 de julio del mismo año.

Parágrafo

En el decreto reglamentario de esta Ley, el Gobierno determinara si para el cumplimiento de ella son necesarias una o dos urnas.
