Expedición de títulos como consecuencia de la suscripción: Una vez pagada la primera cuota de la suscripción, la administración de la sociedad anónima deberá expedir un certificado provisional. Una vez pagado el monto total, la sociedad, a través del órgano competente, entregará el respectivo título de las acciones.
