º El retiro del cargo de estos empleados públicos implica la terminación de la relación legal y reglamentaria y bajo ninguna circunstancia podrán ser nuevamente vinculados laboralmente a esta Corporación sino a partir de los ocho (8) años siguientes a la publicación del presente Decreto.
