El Presidente del Tribunal protocolizará la sentencia tan pronto como esté ejecutoriada junto con el memorial respectivo y la actuación correspondiente, en una de las Notarías del Circuito. Si por alguna causa el Presidente del Tribunal no pudiere hacer la protocolización la hará el Presidente de la respectiva Cámara de Comercio.
