Artículo tercero. El personal y asignaciones de las oficinas creadas por el artículo primero, serán los mismos que las de aquéllas de su categoría. Exceptúanse los subalternos del Juzgado de Menores de Bogotá, que serán solamente: un (1) Secretario, un (1) Oficial Mayor y un (1) Portero.
