invertidos en la construcción de un puente sobre el rio Las Piedras en la vía nacional de Popayán La Plata, con los fondos nacionales del camino de Moscopan.

Parágrafo

Queda el Tesorero Pagador de dichos fondos obligados a rendir a la Corte de Cuentas la comprobación necesaria de la respectiva inversión de aquella suma.
