Retiro del servicio del Notario Veintiséis (26) del Círculo Notarial de Bogotá D.C.: Retírese del servicio al señor Osear Fernando Martínez Bustamante, identificado con cédula de ciudadanía 12.541.594, expedida en Santa Marta - Magdalena, quien se encuentra desempeñando el cargo de Notario Veintiséis (26) del Círculo Notarial de Bogotá D.C., en propiedad, por cumplimiento de la edad de retiro forzoso.

Parágrafo

El señor Osear Fernando Martínez Bustamante no podrá separarse del desempeño de sus funciones mientras no se haya hecho cargo de ellas quien deba remplazarlo.
