El pago de las obligaciones a favor del Fondo y de aquellas derivadas de la utilización de operaciones de préstamo o de redescuento con el Banco de la República, y de las obligaciones en moneda extranjera derivadas de depósitos constituidos por dicha entidad en los establecimientos de crédito, gozarán del derecho de ser excluidos de la masa de la liquidación de instituciones financieras y del Fondo.
