Gastos que demanden los programas especiales. Los gastos que demanden los programas especiales de que trata el presente capítulo, serán cubiertos con cargo a los recursos del presupuesto del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores o de su Fondo Rotatorio, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 4° de la Ley 76 de 1993, y se ejecutarán a través de partidas asignadas con tal fin a las misiones diplomáticas o consulares.
