A medida que los claveros del Consejo Nacional Electoral vayan recibiendo los documentos a que hace referencia el artículo 185 de este Código y los pliegos provenientes del exterior en las votaciones para Presidente de la República, los irán guardando en el arca triclave, previa anotación en un registro. El Consejo señalará y publicará la fecha de iniciación de los escrutinios presidenciales.
